Description
We define the color of this honey, when it is liquid, as light amber or extra light amber, with values on the pound scale between 47 and 67 mm, depending on the nectars of other flowers that accompany the dandelion in the honey.
As a result of very rapid crystallization, it is quite creamy and generally fine-grained.
On the nose, dandelion honey surprises with an intensity between medium and high, and we find some of the notes that we report below: chamomile blossom, flowers, vinegar, stable animal, “fragrant” feet, cooked wine, dried dandelion flowers, something unpleasant and ammonia.
