Description
The mountain honey, all flowers, carries the wild aromas of the Pyrenees. Esparsette, vesse, lime, rhododendron, raspberry, marjoram, trefles, brambles, epilobes, chestnut trees …… and even more flowers in the composition of this very aromatic honey.
• Appearance: brown in color with golden reflections. Sometimes clearer. Liquid consistency, sometimes slightly pasty. the grain is fine but can sometimes be very difficult to crystallize. The creamy structure emphasizes it particularly by bringing out the flavors.
• Nose: the very aromatic smell is pronounced, persistent, smell of cut hay, sometimes notes of chestnuts
• On the palate: the taste is distinctive and can vary from year to year, from side to side, and so on.
