Before opening, this product has an average shelf life of 3 years (on the date of manufacture) at room temperature (see best before date on the capsule). This does not apply to products that are packed in plastic containers and have an average shelf life of 6 months (on the date of manufacture).
Keep in the refrigerator after opening. It is advisable to consume them within 72 hours.
